Mr. Fransua Thomas is an accomplished Materials Engineer with a diverse portfolio of projects spanning multiple disciplines. His expertise includes failure analysis of mechanical systems, the development of an autonomously navigated para-gliding experimental lander/gondola, and testing astronaut resistance equipment for potential use aboard the International Space Station. Additionally, he has contributed to groundbreaking research on excavation techniques for lunar exploration.

Beyond his technical achievements, Mr. Thomas is a dedicated leader and advocate for STEM education. His commitment to inspiring the next generation of scientists and engineers has earned him the prestigious Black Engineer of the Year Award in Government Service. Actively engaged in community outreach, he has served as an assistant chair for the FIRST Robotics Buckeye Regional Competition, coached a FIRST LEGO League Robotics team at Olivet Institutional Baptist Church, and judged science fairs across various schools. Through mentorship programs in Northeast Ohio, he has positively influenced the lives of many aspiring young minds.

Furthering his passion for community service, Mr. Thomas collaborated with colleagues to create STEAM-U-Lating Fitness©, an innovative program designed to combat childhood obesity and diabetes. By integrating exercise and nutrition with STEM subjects such as mathematics, science, and robotics, the program encourages a holistic approach to health and learning.

Driven by his deep passion for youth empowerment, particularly in STEM fields, Mr. Thomas co-founded FBC Technical Solutions, LLC alongside Brandon White and Charles Doxley. Through this initiative, they actively work to expand access to STEM education, providing students across the nation with the resources, knowledge, and opportunities necessary to explore and excel in science and technology.
