Charles Doxely
Chief Executive Officer (Co-Owner)

Charles Doxley is an accomplished Electronics Engineer with extensive expertise in programmable logic devices and Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) development. Recently promoted to a leadership role in FPGA innovation, he brings over 12 years of experience in designing, developing, and prototyping cutting-edge FPGA applications and algorithms for digital communication systems. His technical contributions have earned him recognition as a leading innovator in his field, and he has been featured by BEYA Magazine as one of the most successful modern-day technical pioneers across private industry, government agencies, and the military.

However, Mr. Doxley’s impact extends far beyond his technical achievements. A passionate advocate for STEM education, he has dedicated himself to inspiring and mentoring the next generation of scientists and engineers. He founded a K-12 robotics program at Olivet Institutional Baptist Church in Cleveland, Ohio, where he has served as the head coach for four FIRST LEGO League competition teams that have successfully competed across the state, as well as a Jr. FIRST LEGO League team. His dedication to expanding STEM opportunities has also led him to establish multiple after-school robotics clubs throughout Cleveland and mentor students through the Clem Norman Education and Computer Tutoring (CNECT) program.

Recognizing that minority communities remain underrepresented in STEM fields, Mr. Doxley took his commitment a step further by co-founding FBC Technical Solutions, LLC alongside Brandon White and Fransua Thomas. This initiative was created to actively engage, inspire, and equip youth with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities necessary to explore and thrive in STEM careers. Through hands-on learning experiences, mentorship, and community outreach, Mr. Doxley continues to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of young innovators.
