Mr. Doxley started a K-12 Robotics Program at Olivet Institutional Baptist Church, in Cleveland Ohio. He has been the Head Coach for 4 FIRST Lego League competition teams that competed all over the state of Ohio, as well as a Jr. First Lego League team. He started multiple after school robotics clubs throughout Cleveland. He is a mentor and tutor for the Clem Norman Education and Computer Tutoring (CNECT) program.

Mr. Doxley still noticed that minorities were an underserved demographic in STEM. So, this lead him to co-found FBC Technical Solutions, an organizations whose primary objective is to engage, enhance and inspire youth to learn STEM,
